Practice shaped by frontline work
His career began in frontline disability support after completing a Certificate III in Disability. That foundation continues to shape the way he works today, with a clear understanding that effective coordination must be practical, relational, evidence-informed, and grounded in the real lives of participants and their support networks.
Qualified disability practice
He holds a Master of Disability Policy and Practice from Flinders University and is a Developmental Educator, an allied health professional with specialist knowledge in disability, capacity building, behaviour, inclusion, and person-centred support practice.
A practice that brings people together
Through Beyond Lincs, Ashley leads a practice focused on Support Coordination and Specialist Support Coordination that brings the right people, services, and systems together. The work includes supporting plan implementation, strengthening evidence, identifying risks, coordinating providers, assisting with housing and support pathways, and advocating for reasonable and necessary supports.
Beyond Lincs is built on the belief that people with disability deserve support that is thoughtful, coordinated, responsive, and clear to navigate.
At Beyond Lincs, the focus is not simply on managing an NDIS plan. It is about helping participants, families, guardians, and providers move forward with clarity, confidence, and connection, bringing the right people, the right supports, and the right services together, in the right way and at the right time.
